Jakarta, February 9, 2026 — The Agency for Human Resources Development and Empowerment of Village and Disadvantaged Regions (BPSDM) held a morning roll call.

The roll call was led directly by Dr. H. Rosyid Althaf, M.Si., M.P., Secretary of the Agency for Human Resources Development and Empowerment of Village and Disadvantaged Region Communities, and was attended by all employees in an orderly and solemn manner.

In his direction, the Secretary of the Agency for Human Resources Development and Empowerment of Village Communities and Disadvantaged Regions, emphasized several points:

Learning to appreciate people is very important,

Just like the presence at this morning's roll call, the main foundation in working is intention, with that intention we can change;

Work culture is very important,

namely a comfortable working atmosphere, as long as we cannot build it, we cannot create a good working atmosphere, because work is not only personal, but togetherness because collaboration is important.

The officers at the roll call today were the Secretariat of the Agency for Human Resources Development and Empowerment of Village Communities and Disadvantaged Regions, who have carried out their duties well and with full responsibility.
