Jakarta, 11 February 2026 – BPSDM conducted a Workshop on Human Resources Capacity Building in Archiving – Certification Preparation for Archivists within BPSDM.

The workshop was officially opened by the Secretary of BPSDM, Dr. H. Rosyid Althaf, M.Si., M.P., and moderated by the Head of the Correspondence and Archiving Working Team, Rofika Nora Agustina, S.I.P., M.E.

The Secretary of BPSDM, as the Head of the BPSDM Archival Unit, conveyed the Secretariat’s role as the supervisor of all Archival Processing Units. All Functional Archivist Officials are required to meet the established standards and pass the competency examination organized by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). This activity was intended as a preparatory provision to ensure that Archivists within BPSDM have a comprehensive understanding of their functional positions, are mentally and technically prepared, and successfully pass the competency examination.

The event featured the following speakers: Drs. Amieka Hasraf, M.M. (Director of Archival Human Resources and Certification, ANRI); Erni Budiyanti, S.Kom.; Gayatri Kusumawardani, S.S., M.Hum.; and Ramadhona Aswin, S.Kom., who delivered presentations on Archival HR Policy; Career Path of Functional Archivists; Requirements and Mechanisms of the Competency Examination; and the Use of the SiArsiparis Application. The workshop was attended by all Archivists at the BPSDM Headquarters (offline) and Archivists at Technical Implementation Units (online).
